Please make sure that you only enter the first 9 digits of your University number, and you will need to enter your University e-mail address (e.g. ab123@gre.ac.uk); your record can't be found without these details being entered correctly.

Please note, this is a different system to the University Portal so your Portal login will not work. You will need to set up a new account with us to access the SU website and make purchases.

After you have completed your registration, you will receive an e-mail from us to validate your e-mail address. Once validated, your Username will be your Student ID, e.g. AB123 and your Password will be what you submit in the form below.
