'Sparrow's Farm' is located within the universities sporting facility, next door to Charlton Athletic's training ground and just a short walk from the student village at Avery Hill.
Sparrow's is a very traditional and welcoming venue, with a large beer garden where BBQ's will be held in the summertime. Sparrow's boasts six plasa TV's showing all the standard games you would expect as well as all premiership plus games. In addition there is also a Big Screen for more popular games.
Tuesday night is when the famous 'Karaoke' takes place and even if you can't sing it is worth just coming down to watch the antics of the rugby teams as they take the mic.
Wednesdays are the days when Union sport takes place and Sparrow's Farm is where they will be hosted and where you need to go for those well deserved post match drinks.
There is also a back room at Sparrow's, which can be hired out for parties, but usually will be used to cope with the high numbers of students that attend the karaoke
Wednesday afternoons when the sports teams are sampling the beers on offer.
This year will also host some live music, so if you have a band at university we want to hear from you!
