Sparrows Farm is situated in New Eltham, in Sparrows Lane, by Charlton Athletic's Training Ground. This building contains the Students' Union Sports Bar and Function room. The function room is available to hire at weekends with both the function room and main bar available to hire out of term time. The Function room has it's own bar and has access to a large beer garden. It has a capacity of 120 when used for a buffet style function, and 60 people for a sit down meal.

Hire rates for bookings taken after 25th July 2006

Normal Rate £300 £100 deposit

University Staff Rate £100 £100 Deposit

University Students FREE £100 Deposit

Please note that until a completed booking form together with the deposit is received your booking is provisional and the date may be given to someone else if their booking form and deposit is then received

University Staff bookings are for themselves and their immeadiate family only (eg children, parents, brothers or sisters). Staff must provide their staff ID Number with booking

University Students bookings are for themselves and their immediate family only (eg children, parents, brothers or sisters). Students must provide their resource card ID Number with booking. Students must be members of the Students' Union University of Greenwich (the SU logo will be on your resource card if you are a member)
