The BITE (Be Involved Training Experience) programme offers personal and professional skills training sesions to equip students with key skill to enhance their education and employment prospects. BITE is open to all members of the Students' Union University of Greenwich and you get a certificate for each session attended. Places are available on a first come first served basis, BUT there are only a limited number of places for each session so book your place as soon as possible.
Our sessions are delivered by student volunteers who have been trained as Student Trainers. If you are interested you can sign up to be a Student Trainer at the Fresher's Fairs. Our "train the trainer" sessions take place early in the term and once you completed the training you get a chance to help deliver BITE sessions with a Student Trainer. All Student Trainers receive volunteer recognition certificates for all their contributions.
If interested in becoming a Student Trainer or booking a place in a BITE session contact Rebecca Leadbitter, Welfare and Training Co-ordinator on 020 8331 8018 or email Bite@gre.ac.uk or suugtraining@hotmail.com![]()
