COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

The University's Student Complaints Procedure is designed to help students inform the University of problems or complaints and to obtain a speedy response.

Briefly, before making a formal complaint, a student needs to follow the informal complaints procedure.  Once this has been exhaused and a student is still not satisfied, a formal complaints procedure is the next possibility.  If this too is exhausted, there are further options available.  Read the regulations (see link below) for further information.

It is very important to note that there are deadlines for each stage of the complaints procedures

Therefore if you wish to make a complaint, read the University Complaints Regulations as soon as you can at:

www.gre.ac.uk/students/regulations/complaints

Contact the Advice & Information Service where necessary to discuss your complaint with a Student Adviser:

If seeing an adviser, please bring documents that are relevant to your case.
