The University's Student Complaints Procedure is designed to help students inform the University of problems or complaints and to obtain a speedy response.
Briefly, before making a formal complaint, a student needs to follow the informal complaints procedure. Once this has been exhaused and a student is still not satisfied, a formal complaints procedure is the next possibility. If this too is exhausted, there are further options available. Read the regulations (see link below) for further information.
It is very important to note that there are deadlines for each stage of the complaints procedures.
