If you come to campus reception for drop-in or an appointment you will be asked to fill out an initial enquiry form and statistical monitoring form. Please note that filling out the statistical monitoring form is OPTIONAL; it is also anonymous and will not be kept with your file. Statistics gathered in this way will be used to evaluate the service and flag up possible ways in which we can improve the service and ensure accessibility for all.At every stage, your case will be dealt with in a non-judgmental and confidential manner.
